For 22 years UrbanPromise has worked with Wilmington’s most under resourced children and young adults; serving 750 youth annually in six after school programs, six summer camps, an elementary school, high school, sports league, UrbanTrekkers experiential learning, and the StreetLeader® program that employs 100 teens. We are now the largest employer of teens in the city and have relationships with over 500 families. All of our staff live in the neighborhoods in solidarity with our kids and families.
