Organization Mission:
Hope On Deck is dedicated to restoring dignity, compassion, and hope to individuals and families affected by addiction, poverty, and hardship. Through harm-reduction services, free access to essential items, community education, and unwavering support, we strive to meet people where they are and walk beside them toward healing and stability. Inspired by Earle’s legacy, we believe every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported as they work toward a healthier future.

- Homeless population
- Those struggling with substance use disorder and mental illness
- Individuals in recovery
- Resource Connection: Provide resources and facilitate access to:
- Rehabs
- Detox centers
- Mental health facilities
- Sober living homes
- Outreach Missions: Monthly initiatives targeting areas heavily impacted by the opioid epidemic, offering basic needs such as food, clothing, and other essentials.
- No Calorie Tuesday- Every Tuesday our volunteers distribute food to hundreds in the community.
- Sober Christmas Blessings Program: Annual initiative providing gifts to:
- Individuals battling substance use disorder and in rehab or sober living
- Foster Care Support: Collaborate with foster care organizations to supply:
- School clothing, shoes, and bookbags
- Gifts for over 100 children in foster care due to parental addiction
- Rehab and Sober Living Support: Supply local facilities and individuals with:
- Clothing
- Hygiene products
- Essential items
- Free NarcanTraining Provided to individuals as well as corporations and businesses

Hope On Deck has been a growing force in our community since 2018, expanding by more than 400% thanks to the kindness of our supporters and a passionate social media community. Since our inception, we have reached over 80,000 individuals—each one a reminder of why this mission matters so deeply.

Free Narcan
To date, we have trained: 1,000+ people to recognize and respond to opioid overdoses—saving lives and strengthening community safety.
Our goal is to continue expanding training access statewide.
