Hope on Deck/ Earle's Legacy Resource Center

A fundraiser for Hope On Deck

$125 raised from 2 donors

$8,000 goal

Earle’s Legacy Resource Center Fundraiser is important because it will provide a dignified, one-stop place where individuals impacted by addiction, homelessness, or financial hardship can access the essentials they need to survive and rebuild their lives. Instead of navigating multiple agencies—often without transportation—people can receive clothing, food, household items, Narcan training, and connections to treatment all under one roof.
The center fills critical gaps in care by offering immediate, judgment-free support at the exact moment someone reaches out for help. It honors Earle’s life by continuing the work he believed in: showing compassion, reducing stigma, and making sure no one feels alone during their hardest days. By meeting basic needs and fostering hope, the center becomes a lifeline that strengthens individuals, families, and the entire community.

About Hope On Deck

Mission: Hope On Deck is dedicated to restoring dignity, compassion, and hope to individuals and families affected by addiction, poverty, and hardship. Through harm-reduction services, free access to essential items, community education, and unwavering support, we strive to meet people where they are and walk beside them toward healing and stability. Inspired by Earle’s legacy, we believe every person deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported as they work toward a healthier future.

Together we can continue Earle's Legacy

🌟 About Hope On Deck

Hope On Deck has been a growing force in our community since 2018, expanding by more than 400% thanks to the kindness of our supporters and a passionate social media community. Since our inception, we have reached over 80,000 individuals—each one a reminder of why this mission matters so deeply.

Our work is rooted in one simple belief:
Every person deserves love, dignity, compassion, and someone willing to meet them exactly where they are.

🌈 Who We Serve
We proudly support:

  • Individuals struggling with addiction
  • Men and women in recovery
  • Those experiencing homelessness
  • Foster care children affected by parental substance use disorder or mental health issues
  • Families facing hardship or crisis

Our services ensure that people facing some of life’s hardest battles never feel alone.

🛒 Earle’s Legacy Resource Center

One of our most meaningful milestones is the opening of Earle’s Legacy Resource Center—a warm, welcoming space where anyone in need can shop free of charge for:

  • Clothing
  • Shoes
  • Food
  • Hygiene products
  • Household items
  • Other essential needs

This is more than a resource center—it's a place of choice, dignity, and compassion, built to honor Earle’s dream of helping others rebuild their lives with respect and hope.

🤝 Community Partnerships & Support

Through collaborations with rehabs, detox centers, sober-living homes, resource centers, and homeless shelters, we are able to help those we serve to find treatment or connect to other resources. We also are able to forward the following items so that men and women will have what they need navigating life through addiction or recovery.

  • Hygiene products
  • Clothing and footwear
  • Food and snacks
  • Tents, sleeping bags, and survival gear for unhoused individuals
  • New clothing, book bags, and school supplies for children in foster care

These partnerships allow us to place essential support exactly where it's needed most.

🍞 Food Outreach

Hunger relief is a cornerstone of our mission. Through partnerships with local bakeries and grocery stores, we feed:

🍽 250–350 individuals every single week
And in 2025 alone:

  • 13,000+ people in recovery, struggling with addiction, or living in underprivileged situations received food through our programs.
Alongside food support, we also provided:

🧼 Clothing, Essentials & Treatment Support

*👕 8,000+ individuals clothing, hygiene products, household items, referrals to treatment and other services

These acts of service help restore stability, dignity, and hope.

❤️ Harm Reduction & Narcan Training

We are proud leaders in harm reduction. Hope On Deck provides:

Free Narcan

🧑‍🏫 Free, comprehensive hands-on training

To date, we have trained: 1,000+ people to recognize and respond to opioid overdoses—saving lives and strengthening community safety.

Our goal is to continue expanding training access statewide.

💜 Our Core Philosophy

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to showing love, dignity, and compassion to every person who walks through our doors—or who crosses our path in a moment of need.

Hope On Deck exists to remind people:

You are not alone. You are valued. You are worthy . We are here for you.
