The mission of the ACLU of Delaware is to preserve and advance civil liberties and civil rights in the State of Delaware as enshrined in the United States and Delaware Constitutions through education and advocacy without consideration of political association.

I’m Tom OBrien.

I’m fundraising for ACLU of Delaware.

I started supporting the ACLU in 2017 to support their advocacy for those seeking to come to the USA in pursuit of their dreams and freedoms - as my own family did a few generations ago.  

Since then, I have seen their great work, and how it extends into many key civil rights issues today : Education funding in Delaware, the impact of mass incarceration on rights and liberties, even long after a sentence is served, and equal protection regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

I'm proud to support their work nationally and here in Delaware and would love if you feel the same if you would join me!
