Since our founding in 2011, Teach For America – Delaware has recruited and trained hundreds of teachers who are school leaders, teachers of the year, and social entrepreneurs. We are one of 51 regions across the country that recruits, trains, and develops leaders to teach in our most under-served and under-resourced communities. We are growing education advocates who are leading for change in Delaware, not just as education leaders, but as leaders in social, public, and private sectors that make up and influence the broader system of equity overall.
