Rehoboth Concert Band - Sharon Still, Conductor

Rehoboth Concert Band (RCB), now in its eleventh season, has a membership comprised of 45-50 instrumentalists including professionally trained performers, recreational musicians, plus talented students.  RCB strives to perform a diverse repertoire of concert band literature ranging from classical, patriotic, jazz, pop, as well as familiar tunes from the stage and screen. In addition to the full concert band, RCB is proud to present jazz and woodwind ensembles comprised of polished musicians who perform to the highest standards.

The mission statement of RCB is to provide area instrumentalists opportunities to make beautiful music, while enriching community life.   In response to the COVID 19 pandemic, RCB fulfilled this mission by performing numerous free outdoor concerts in neighborhoods throughout the Cape region.  These concerts proved to become quite popular, and RCB plans to continue the "In the Hood" concert series as a service to the community.

The 2022-23 season in the concert hall begins with the annual performance of "Holiday Peace," a local tradition.  Numerous other performances are scheduled in the spring.  Check the RCB website or Delaware Scene for all the details and ticketing information.

With your financial support, RCB will continue to play on, fulfilling the mission of enriching the community by playing beautiful music for many more years to come. Visit www.rehobothconcertband.org or follow us on Facebook for more information.

Rehoboth Concert Band is supported, in part, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. The Division promotes Delaware arts events on DelawareScene.com.
