From making it harder to vote to banning books in schools, our rights are under siege, and the ACLU is committed to fighting for us. The ACLU is committed to giving all people a voice, to insisting on our first amendment rights whether our thoughts and opinions are popular, surprising, controversial, or challenging. This is how it should be. A donation to the ACLU will help preserve our sacred right to have our voices heard at the ballot box, in classrooms, on campuses, and in the marketplace of ideas -- on line or in person. Our rights should not be subject to ever-changing political winds and whims. Help me raise money to ensure the ACLU can keep fighting to protect our freedom of expression.

Mission: This year, the ACLU of Delaware is prioritizing creating a Firewall for Freedom to safeguard our rights and push back against an aggressive federal agenda that threatens many of our civil liberties.
The mission of the ACLU of Delaware is to preserve and advance civil liberties and civil rights in the State of Delaware as enshrined in the United States and Delaware Constitutions through education and advocacy without consideration of political association.
