Make a Lasting Impact on Delaware’s Youth This Giving Tuesday: Help Us Raise $10,000 for Duffy’s Hope!

This Giving Tuesday, you have the power to make a real difference. Duffy's Hope is on a mission to raise $10,000 to support our critical programs that provide mentorship, education, and resources to the youth of Delaware—empowering them to overcome life’s challenges and reach their full potential.

At Duffy’s Hope, we believe every young person deserves a chance to succeed. However, many of our local youth face overwhelming obstacles—lack of mentorship, access to resources, and opportunities. Through our transformative programs, we guide, educate, and equip these young individuals with the tools they need to thrive. But we can’t do it without you. Your contribution on Giving Tuesday will allow us to continue providing these life-changing services, creating brighter futures for young people who need it most.
With your generous donation, we will:

● Provide one-on-one mentorship to help youth make better life choices, build resilience, and set achievable goals for their future.
● Expand our educational initiatives, giving young people the skills and knowledge they need to succeed academically and professionally.
● Offer resources and workshops that prepare them for success in school, the workplace, and life, including job readiness, financial literacy, and mental health support and more!

By giving today, you are investing in the next generation of leaders, changemakers, and difference-makers. You are providing hope where it’s needed most.

Here's how you can make a difference:

● Donate: Every dollar brings us closer to our goal, and every gift has the power to change a life.
● Share: Help spread the word by sharing this campaign with your family, friends, and social networks. The more people who know, the bigger the impact we can make together.

Your support allows Duffy’s Hope to continue making a real and lasting impact in the lives of Delaware’s youth. It’s not just about raising money—it’s about investing in our community’s future. This Giving Tuesday, your generosity will create a ripple effect that empowers young people to break through barriers and build a better tomorrow.

Thank you for choosing to make a difference. Together, we can fuel the hope and potential of Delaware’s youth.

Donate today and join us in our mission to transform lives, one young person at a time

About Duffy's Hope

Mission: Our mission is to provide intellectual, emotional and interpersonal growth opportunities for youth and families through advocacy, education, mentoring and community outreach.

Since 1998, Duffy’s Hope has served youth in our community and was recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2002. Duffy’s Hope offers programs that helps youth plan for their future and a path to achieve it.

Duffy's Hope Ambassador's Program: provides prevention programming that teaches youth to recognize high risk people, places, things and situations while building self-confidence to handle these risk factors through effective utilizations of a newly acquired skill set.

Project T.E.A.M.: aims to educate youth on abstaining from non-marital sexual activity by fostering a safe and informed environment. The program focuses on empowering teenagers from disadvantaged communities in New Castle County, Delaware—particularly in Wilmington and surrounding areas. By addressing sexual risk factors and promoting healthy decision-making, Project T.E.A.M. works to support positive outcomes for minority teenagers.

Project D.R.I.V.E: Provides students with tools to enhance self-esteem, self-worth, healthy relationships and motivation to plan for their future. This will help the youth make informed decisions.

Project PreVent: To prevent violence by enhancing the conflict-resolution skills of both male and female middle and high school students. Provide students with coping skills, communication skills and ways to handle uncomfortable situations.

Youth Summer Basketball League: a free sports program delivering meaningful, healthy and safe activities for high school aged students. The basketball leagues are used to instruct young people the importance of healthy lifestyles, literacy, self-esteem, conflict resolution and leadership.

H.O.P.E House Transitional Residence Program: Our mission with THP is to meet each young adult where they are, helping them build self-sufficiency through encouragement, stability, and a supportive community. With our unique approach to M.E.E.T.I.N.G.—Motivating, Educating, Empowering, Transforming, Inspiring, Nurturing, and Guiding—we offer resources and mentorship tailored to their needs during these critical years. Through a 12-18 month journey, THP provides not only shelter but a network of professionals and community members committed to fostering growth, self-esteem, and independence. By creating meaningful relationships and listening to their voices, we empower each young woman to shape her path forward.
