The Hartly Ruritan Club’s Charter was established on January 19, 2016. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary because of YOU! Through your support and donations, club members have accomplished a significant amount of community service and projects:

- Giving two scholarships to local high school seniors (Capital. Caesar Rodney, Polytech)
- Participation in the Adopt-A-Highway program (Everetts Corner Road)
- Management of the American Flag at the Hartly Triangle
- Sending cards to Meals on Wheels recipients for all major holidays
- Donations of holiday necessities to the Hartly Methodist Church Food Bank
- Monetary Donations to:
- Local school district homeless families
- Hartly Volunteer Fire Company
- Hartly Methodist Church Food Bank
- Delaware Equine Rescue
- Hartly Elementary School (school supplies)
- DE Hospice
- Shriner's Hospital
- St. Jude's Hospital
- A Beautiful Life Sanctuary
