A fundraiser for ACLU of Delaware

$100 raised from 3 donors

$3,000 goal

I’m Clarence Cummings.

I’m fundraising for ACLU of Delaware.

Delaware is the "Frist State." We have a responsibility as Delawareans to elevate the platform of Smart Justice within our communities. As a Smart Justice Ambassador Graduate my mission, hope, and goal is to inspire change and bring awareness to injustice. Notably, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. rightly noted, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." I, you and we Will Do More by calling attention to the tough issues: police reform, safe schools, voting rights, LEOBOR, housing inequities and much more. This is a tough task I am willing to accept and a project I am willing to tackle, along with your help. I will link arm in arm with my Smart Justice Ambassador Graduates, ACLU-Delaware, men and women who share the same goals and dreams by providing voices of strength and bodies of courage, recognition to a purpose and energy to overcome and sustain justice for all.

About ACLU of Delaware

Mission: This year, the ACLU of Delaware is prioritizing creating a Firewall for Freedom to safeguard our rights and push back against an aggressive federal agenda that threatens many of our civil liberties.

The mission of the ACLU of Delaware is to preserve and advance civil liberties and civil rights in the State of Delaware as enshrined in the United States and Delaware Constitutions through education and advocacy without consideration of political association.

For nearly 100 years, the ACLU has worked in courts, legislatures and communities to protect the constitutional rights of all people. With a nationwide network of offices and millions of members and supporters, we take up the toughest civil liberties fights. Beyond one person, party or side - we the people dare to create a more perfect union.
