New Castle Public Library is a wonderful resource for members of our community in need of knowledge, access, somewhere to meet, something to do or just somewhere to be, with creative and exciting programs and a helpful, welcoming staff.
More than piles of books or rows of internet-ready screens, Libraries are unique community institutions with a special role to play in our increasingly fractured and divided world. We support NCPL and its staff because they support all of us, and because they deserve it. We help with funds for special collections, certain services for the public, keeping tech updated, sending staff for development events, improving the library's exterior space, and a lot of other stuff too!

We enthusiastically support the mission of New Castle Public Library however we can. Recently, this has included contributing to...
• The new Board Games Library
• The Walk-In Collection
• Promotion of the library and its great events and programs
• Special purchases such as A/V equipment and other tech
• Providing free menstrual products in the family restroom
• Maintaining and improving the library’s courtyard and garden
As an all-volunteer organization, NCLF puts 100% of funds we raise toward our support of the library. We also raise funds by holding Book Sales and raffles throughout the year at some of Historic New Castle's best-loved events, including Separation Day and Art on the Green!
