Building a Safer Community

Organization Mission:

To preserve and strengthen our local and global Jewish community through philanthropic, volunteer, and professional leadership.

The Department of Homeland Security has labeled white supremacists as the number one security threat to the United States. Not overseas terrorists. Not foreign agents. But homegrown hate—right here in our own communities.

That’s why the Federation has launched a Community Security Campaign with the purpose of helping protect people and giving families, students, and neighbors the confidence to gather, celebrate, and live Jewishly without fear. Through advanced monitoring, faster alerts, and coordinated response, we are helping Jewish organizations across Delaware strengthen security so our community can gather and live Jewishly with confidence.

Our purpose is to allow our community to live with greater confidence and feel more prepared to deal with any threat that may arise.
