The pandemic continues to impact the organization's ability to collect blood. Crooked Hammocks has partnered with Blood Bank of Delmarva as a fun new way to help Blood Bank of Delmarva (BBD) reach their blood donors and spread awareness that there is a constant need for blood. A lack of high school and college drives requires increasing younger donors to donate blood.
You help save lives! $, volunteer time, and/or blood. What you give enables the Blood Bank of Delmarva to collect, test, process, manufacture, store, transport, and deliver safe blood and blood products to the 19 hospitals in Delmarva saving lives!
Crooked Hammock Brewery has joined the BBD Blood for Brew Summer Tour and will host TWO blood drives:
Monday, July 11th: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Monday, July 18th: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Crooked Hammock Brewery is also setting a goal to raise $5,000, where all proceeds will go towards recruiting more blood donors during these critical times.
