In light of the significant challenges facing families in our own communities, we’ve decided that every dollar donated to 4DL during DoMore24 (we are asking supporters to consider a gift of $25 or more) will be redirected to one or more local Delaware nonprofits serving people experiencing hardship. Instead of using the funds for programming, we'll act as a conduit for collective care.

4DL envisions school-level change, whereby both the enabling conditions for transformation and a cadre of transformation-ready leaders are cultivated on an ongoing basis. 4DL offers training and development programs specific to aspiring school leaders, sitting leaders who need high-yield support, and burgeoning leaders of equity work.
