Birthright of Delaware is a nonprofit 501c3 pregnancy service center dedicated to helping women, of all ages, have healthy pregnancies, encouraging them to continue their education or to develop a career and to become a responsible parent. Our mission is to provide non-judgmental, loving support and resources to woman facing a planned or Unplanned pregnancy.

Birthright Delaware is proud to launch the Fatherhood Coalition’s Real Men, Real Talk program—an initiative designed to meet fathers where they are and help them show up stronger for their families.

This program provides practical, dignity-affirming support for fathers who are working to build stability and opportunity, including:
  • Transportation support to get to work, job interviews, and parenting programs
  • Interview and work-appropriate clothing so fathers can present themselves with confidence
  • Mentorship, peer support, and honest conversations that strengthen leadership, accountability, and healthy fatherhood

Your gift makes a direct impact:
  • $20 provides a bus ticket so a father can get to a job interview or work shift
  • $70 provides an interview outfit, helping a father walk in prepared and confident
  • $100 helps cover transportation and essentials for a father working toward employment
  • $250+ strengthens the Real Men, Real Talk program, expanding access to mentorship and resources for more fathers

About Birthright of Delaware

We offer person-to-person help with the following services free of charge and confidentially: FREE Pregnancy testing; Maternity clothes; Books and magazines on pregnancy, motherhood and childcare; Ongoing support and encouragement; Car Seat Voucher from DMV; Prayer Mentor; Parenting DVD Series (First Time mothers receive a $50 Walmart gift card); Baskets 4 Babies, Baby Shower hosted by our Donors; Layette filled with a variety of baby clothes, bibs, Hygienic products, socks, blankets, pampers & wipes given to the baby upon Mom given Birth; Referrals to other agencies that support pregnant women, such as prenatal care, child care and financial assistance, Pack n Play, to name a few!

Would you like someone to come speak about Birthright to your youth or school group? We offer free presentations to youth groups explaining what we do in clear, simple language. The goal of our presentation is to share information and encourage questions.  We have given presentations at Ursuline and Padua High Schools and churches. We also explain several fun and effective ways that young people can help us, especially for service hours & school credits.
