Delaware public school teachers typically are not compensated for training time that occurs outside of their contracted hours. As a result, this impacts the attendance of optional, yet important, teacher training events. 100% of your contribution will go towards the training-related costs of K-12 financial literacy educators. This includes various incentives to encourage teacher attendance such as stipends, gift cards, and personal finance books. Your contribution may also be used to offset other training-related costs, such as training materials and event expenses. At a minimum, YourMoney101 will allocate a dollar-for-dollar match of all individual donations towards this critically important teacher training.
