Organization Mission:

Wilmington Rowing Center is for passionate racers and recreational rowers alike. We offer learn to row programs for anyone interested in giving this exciting, fun and fitness-filled sport a try! Together we enjoy a spacious boathouse located on Wilmington’s Riverfront with an easy-to-access dock on the Christina River. Our club is a community of dedicated members that are enthusiastic about the sport of rowing and share a commitment to the health of our river. Come check us out in our friendly and welcoming home on the water.

About Wilmington Rowing Center

For all those interested in participating in one of the world's most popular sports,  WRC has offered  Spring & Summer  Learn-to-Row classes for the community since 1993. We also offer summer rowing camps for  members and one of our most exciting offerings is the the Howard M. Smith Diamond State Masters Regatta on Noxontown Pond at St. Andrews School in Middletown.  Founded in 1991, "Diamond States" has grown into a two day event and is one of the largest and most popular Masters Regattas in the USA.
