Nurses & Neighbors is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit of nurses and community members who work together to support the health and well-being of our neighborhoods.
About Nurses & Neighbors
- Sharing health information with neighborhood groups
- Assisting at community vaccination clinic
- Supporting caregiving, chronic disease prevention, mobility, and transportation access through nurse-led efforts
- Collaborating with local and national partners to fill gaps in community health
Our most recent project is the Neighborhood Foot Care Patrol™. We bring foot screenings and foot hygiene education directly to vulnerable populations—especially older adults, unhoused individuals, and underserved neighbors.
