The vision is thriving neighborhoods and equitable housing for all on the Delmarva Peninsula. With our talented staff, we provide homeownership, financial education, and foreclosure prevention services throughout Delaware. As an Intermediary, lending, neighborhood revitalization, housing development and the USDA Self-Help housing program (in 21 states it the Northeast) are all successful resources throughout Delmarva to advance our communities region wide.
