Mission: Our mission is to advance housing opportunities, end homelessness, and promote vibrant communities.
We provide direct homeless assistance to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness by referring families and people in need to available homeless shelter and housing resources in the community. We help to educate the public, the community, and our elected officials about the housing and homelessness crisis in Delaware, and advocate for solutions.
