At Hagley Museum and Library, we believe innovation is more than moments recorded in our historic collections—it’s a spark that our work inspires in all of us. Every year, we inspire tens-of-thousands of individuals from families coming to the museum to students on field trips to academic researchers, and more as they explore the stories of ingenuity preserved at Hagley. But we can’t do it without you. This year, we’re counting on your support to keep this mission thriving.

The demand for accessible history has never been greater. Teachers rely on our resources to bring STEM and humanities to life. Families explore our grounds to connect with the past and take in our scenic views. And scholarly researchers advance our understanding of American innovation history. Yet rising costs and expanding needs challenge our ability to serve everyone who turns to Hagley for resources and inspiration.

Here’s how you can help and the impact your gift can have: 

•              $50 → Supply costs for one family-friendly, hands-on history program.

•              $100 → Supports one garden volunteer for one year at Hagley. (Tools, electrolytes, snacks, gloves, etc.)

•              $500 → Provides bird strike prevention for one building.

•              $1,000 → Provides annual first aid and safety supplies for guests and staff in each building on property.

•              $5,500+ → Accessibility upgrades – examples: walkway enhancement, wheelchairs for guests, and adaptive interpretive materials PLUS this giving level and beyond now includes a Hagley membership.
