Based in Sussex County Delaware, Get Well Map Foundation works to enhance therapeutic, family-centered healthcare initiatives for children and families across Delaware and beyond. Particularly to support Southern Delaware families that must be away from the comfort of their homes for extended periods to seek specialized pediatric care for their children, Get Well Map Foundation supplies Get Well Maps, gas cards and educational resources to the healthcare providers serving them directly. Inspired by deeply personal, as well as professional experiences in pediatric healthcare, our Board of Directors include an Occupational Therapist, Child Life Specialist, Educators and Family Advocates.
