Friends of Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge
Organization Mission:
The Friends of Prime Hook provide volunteer and financial resources to support educational, environmental, and recreational activities at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Fundraising, membership dues, receipts from sales at the Hooked on Nature Store, donations, and grants allow the Friends to provide financial assistance to Prime Hook NWR for programs not covered by federal funding.

- Engage in public outreach at community events, e.g., Milton Horseshoe Crab Festival
- Sponsor the Annual Nature Photography Contest
- Care for the native gardens around the Refuge
