The Dickinson Theatre Organ Society, Incorporated (DTOS) was formed as a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation under IRS code 501 (c)(3) with responsibility for preserving and maintaining the historic Dickinson Kimball as well as promoting America’s Theatre Organ heritage and theatre organ music as an art form.

MR. STAHL BECAME INTERESTED IN PIANO AND ORGAN AT AGE 5. HE HOLD A BACHELOR'S DEGREE FROM MARIAN UNIVERSITY IN PIANO PERFORMANCE AND HIS PASSION FOR MUSIC HAS REACHED MANY VENUES, INCLUDING ACCOMPANYING CHORAL DEPARTMENTS, COMMUNITY THEATRE, SERVING IN THE INDIANA NATIONAL GUARD'S 38TH INFANTRY DIVISION BAND, PLAYING FOR THOUSANDS OF PATRONS IN THE YULETIDE CELEBRATION OF THE INDIANAPOLIS SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA, WHERE HE PERFORMED ON THE 3/24 WURLITZER IN THE HILBERT CIRCLE THEATRE. HIS APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY INCLUDES THE CONTINUED PROMOTION OF THE THEATRE ORGAN BY USING A WIDE BASE OF MUSICAL GENRES.
