DELLTA: Delaware English Language Learners Teachers and Advocates
Organization Mission:
DELLTA is dedicated to advocating quality education for students of all ages who are learning English as an additional language. We support students, educators, and families of English Learners. We offer graduation awards, seek equitable funding, and promote appropriate training for all educators who work with ELs, both mainstream teachers and EL specialists.

DELLTA raises money for the annual Amanda Sapp Parisi Award, which provides scholarship for graduating Delaware multilingual learners to attend institutes of higher or further education.
