About Delaware HIV Consortium
Mission: The Delaware HIV Consortium is dedicated to providing leadership to eliminate HIV in Delaware by supporting and providing optimal HIV care and prevention services.
By working collaboratively with community partners and by providing direct services, the Consortium ensures that Delawareans living with HIV/AIDS have access to:
- HIV case management
- Transportation assistance
- A housing assistance program
- Emergency financial assistance
- HIV community planning, outreach, education, testing, and advocacy
Additionally, we administer programs on behalf of the Delaware Division of Public Health, including:
- HIV prevention education campaigns
- A PrEP Navigation program
