BTL FOUNDATION
Service to the Needy is Service to God
The BTL Foundation is dedicated to providing services to the community ... by Serving hot meals to people in need and senior citizens during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, offering free Turkey baskets to single mothers and for needy families, conducting Adopt a Highway Clean up in Fall and Spring, providing Small Grants to families for their economic hardships and to nonprofit organizations for their service projects, collecting books and toys for children and warm coats and organizing youth oriented volunteering activities. In 2020, when Delaware and the whole world was under the grip of the Covid 19 pandemic, the BTL Foundation got actively involved to provide nutrition to the many kids in public schools. Since schools were shut during the peak of the pandemic in 2020, the Foundation distributed, close to 3500, a variety of breakfast bars to the Red Clay school district kids/children through the Wilmington De Parks and Recreation Department.
2023 and beyond - BTL Foundation is committed to at least one new service project to fulfill our mission each month. Most recently we teamed up with other local nonprofits to host the Heroes for Peace Essay contest to promote education and peace among middle schoolers. We are vibrant and dynamic organization that would love to do even more with your help!
