We are excited to announce that The Stempel Family and The Ernest E. Stempel Foundation are issuing a $10,000 challenge for this Delaware Giving Day. - Provide increased tuition assistance to current Ursuline families as our community navigates a difficult and unpredictable financial climate.
- Continue to commit the resources needed to offer a robust tuition assistance program, one that allows us to enroll students from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and to provide those students with a complete Ursuline experience.
- Provide training and professional development to all faculty and staff to ensure that they have the opportunities and resources to promote cultural competencies within our community and the community at large.
- Create benchmarking data to assure that DEI efforts are making an impact ensuring that all members of the community feel empowered to reach their full potential.
- Host speakers and workshops that will continue to engage and highlight the rich heritages representative of the UA community.
Ursuline is committed to creating and sustaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all our community members – students, faculty, staff, and alumnae.
