Test Your Balance Challenge

Our mission is improving the lives of those with Parkinson's Disease and their families; through exercise, education and support in Sussex County, Delaware.

 Come join us for a “Balance Training Circuit” highlighting exercises relevant to daily life.  How confident are you in your balance ability?    A number of stations will be set up to test your balance.  Each station will have easy balance exercise and build to progressive exercises.

DONATIONS greatly appreciated.
100% of the proceeds are benefitting the Parkinson's Education & Support Group of Sussex County of Sussex County.
