Speaking out is a way to expose truths and bring awareness to issues that might otherwise be ignored.  “Don't worry about being small, worry about being silent.” This statement encourages people not to be intimidated by their circumstances or shortcomings.  MHA needs your voice to break the silence with meaningful words to address injustice in order to make a positive change.  

 

A new report from the Delaware Office of Women’s Advancement and Advocacy found that 12% of mental health needs in our state are currently being met. This seems like a crisis we mustn’t be silent about.  With your help, MHA can continue to strengthen knowledge, resources and support around mental health and recovery.
