Rehoboth Concert Band Do More 24 Delaware 2024

Organization Mission:

The mission of Rehoboth Concert Band is to provide area instrumentalists opportunities to make beautiful music, while enriching community life.

Rehoboth Concert Band (RCB), now in its twelfth season, is comprised of 55-60 instrumentalists including professionally trained performers, recreational musicians, plus talented students.  RCB strives to perform a diverse repertoire of concert band literature ranging from classical, patriotic, jazz, pop, as well as familiar tunes from the stage and screen. In addition to the full concert band, RCB is proud to present jazz and woodwind ensembles composed of polished musicians who perform to the highest standards.  
 
The 2023-24 season began with outdoor concerts as well as the annual performance of "Holiday Peace," a local tradition.  Upcoming concerts are currently being scheduled, including a concert on March 17th at 3:00, Epworth United Methodist Church in Rehoboth Beach. Check the RCB website or Delaware Scene for all the details and ticketing information. 
 
With your financial support, RCB will continue to play on, fulfilling the mission of enriching the community by playing beautiful music for many more years to come. More specifically and for example, your donation of $10 pays for 25 concert flyers; $150 buys the score for one piece of music; $235 pays to print programs for one concert; $650 covers the cost of a refurbished timpani on the percussion section's wish list, and $1,300 rents a theater with affiliated costs (custodian, sound tech), for one concert. Each donor and every gift is appreciated. We invite you to join the musicians of Rehoboth Concert Band in providing entertaining and enriching live musical performances at the beach and beyond.
