$14,025 raised from 27 donors

$23,000 goal

THANK YOU! for helping us raise $13,525 on Giving Tuesday!

But Wait!

You can still DOUBLE YOUR IMPACT!

Generous donors have offered another $10,000 to extend our match.  If you didn't get a chance to show your support on Giving Tuesday, or if you would like to give more, now is the time! It will be "Giving Tuesday" at Delaware Wild Lands until the end of the year or until the offered match is met.

Please take this opportunity to make your gift go twice as far!

Giving Tuesday is a day dedicated globally to giving back.  Delaware Wild Lands has worked to protect Delaware’s most treasured natural areas since 1961. In 2026, we’ll celebrate our 65th anniversary – a remarkable milestone made possible by dedicated people like you.

Your donation will directly make a difference by:
  • Protecting and restoring key properties like Jezyk Farm and the Lester Property, and future targeted acquisitions
  • Expanding vital habitats - wetlands, forests, and agricultural lands; bolstering our bobwhite quail initiatives
  • Connecting wildlife corridors to support thriving ecosystems

About Delaware Wild Lands, Inc.

Mission: Delaware Wild Lands, Inc. is a private non-profit tax exempt organization, dedicated to the conservation and preservation of natural areas through the acquisition and management of strategic parcels of land.

Who We Are

Delaware Wild Lands was founded in 1961. We are the largest not-for-profit, non-governmental landowner in Delaware, with significant holdings in all three counties.

We protect and restore Delaware’s important natural areas by purchasing strategic parcels of land. Traditional uses of land, such as hunting, farming, and forestry are integral to our management regime and maintained as important aspects of Delaware’s economy and cultural heritage.

Our organization has played a pivotal role in the permanent protection of more than 31,800 acres of land throughout Delmarva. Today we own and actively manage more than 21,800 acres to ensure clean air, pure water, vibrant wildlife habitat, and healthy farms and forests.
