Network Connect DM24DE 2025
Organization Mission:
Network Connect creates community transformation through collective impact.
RACE aims to increase awareness of the impact of ACEs and enhance family capacity to mitigate their effects. We focus on implementing early intervention strategies through universal screening and collaboration with schools and community organizations. Our vision is to ensure that all teens and young adults who have experienced ACEs have access to the tools and resources they need for mental and physical support in their learning environments and homes.
Your contributions during DOMORE24 will directly support our RACE initiatives, including:
- After-School Programming: Providing safe and supportive environments for youth to learn and thrive.
- Summer Camps: Creating enriching experiences that promote social connections and resilience.
- RACE Kits: Distributing essential resources to families to help them navigate and overcome the challenges associated with ACEs.
- RACE Days: Organizing community events to raise awareness and foster connections among families and advocates.
