The ACLU of Delaware is dedicated to eliminating discrimination against all people, protecting our right to vote, pushing for decarceration in the United States and our First State, protecting and advocating for access to reproductive rights like birth control and abortion rights, defending same-sex marriage and the rights of LGBTQIA+ people, affirming the rights of incarcerated individuals, opposing torture and abuse happening within our criminal justice system, and so much more.
