(ICCL) is a 501c3 nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to successfully: Creating and promoting an awareness of the arts Highlighting the cultural and historical imagery of African American contributions to Delaware and our nation Providing excellent artistic programming​ By doing so, we will enhance the quality of life for all area youth and their families, encourage youth to accept health, social, academic and civic responsibilities and serve as a cultural catalyst for the community.
