(ICCL) is a 501c3 nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to successfully: Creating and promoting an awareness of the arts Highlighting the cultural and historical imagery of African American contributions to Delaware and our nation Providing excellent artistic programming By doing so, we will enhance the quality of life for all area youth and their families, encourage youth to accept health, social, academic and civic responsibilities and serve as a cultural catalyst for the community.
