At Milford Advocacy for the Homeless, that first connection often leads to a Journey Partner who listens without judgment, helps the neighbor identify their most urgent needs, and walks beside them as they take their next steps. Haven of Hope serves as the hub for this work, bringing MAH’s programs, volunteers, supplies, and community resources together so support does not stop with a referral. Whether a neighbor needs food, clothing, identification, transportation, laundry assistance, a bicycle for work, household essentials, or continued encouragement, Journey Partnering helps connect the pieces into a more personal path toward stability.
