Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people facing barriers to self-sufficiency, through the Power of Work!
Each year Goodwill helps dozens of women and men learn marketable job skills and land secure employment. Too many of them have to turn down job offers because they don’t have money to bridge the gap between the cost of getting to and from a new job, and the wait until their first paycheck.
Help us build a lasting bridge to secure employment with a donation that will go directly toward transportation and utility expenses, and assistance with work uniforms and rent.
Your donation today will help women and men enrolled in our Employment Supports (workforce development) program get the supplemental resources they need to become self-sufficient providers for themselves, and their families.
Your donation of:
$15 will provide a $15 DART bus pass (goal: 70 gift cards)
$20 will provide a $20 gas card or $20 grocery card (goal: 110 gift cards)
$25 will provide a $25 Goodwill clothing voucher (goal: 70 gift cards)
$100 will provide emergency utility support (goal: 25 gift cards)
$250 will provide emergency rental support (goal: 10 gift cards)
Throughout our 100 years of service, Goodwill of Delaware has provided tens of thousands of people with job skills training, job placement support, food, clothing and resources to help them get, and maintain employment, in alignment with our mission.
