At United Way of Delaware, we're answering the call to help our community thrive. We're working to ensure kids can read on grade level by third grade, support career and college success for youth, connect families to vital resources through Delaware 211, and empower individuals with the tools they need to achieve financial stability. It’s about creating lasting change that lifts up everyone, not just offering temporary fixes.

WOMEN UNITED BELIEVES WHEN CARING, COMMITTED WOMEN COME TOGETHER ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. As a critical part of the United Way of Delaware, Women United® fights for the education and financial stability of every person in our community. Our mission is simple yet bold: to inspire, educate, and motivate women to become positive change-agents within our community through leadership, philanthropy, and volunteerism. 

Our WOMEN UNITED team has joined the fight to promote literacy for all children.  Strong neighborhoods are built when we all thrive, including some of our most vulnerable children.  Please join us in the fight and help towards our goal of $5,000.
