America is facing an education crisis, and in particular, one that is severely impacting our youth. US public school secondary students average 46-50% proficiency in Math and/or Language Arts. In many geographies, such as Delaware where proficiency is 42% (Math) and (53%) ELA, student current grade level mastery in many instances lag further behind the national average – regardless of social economic and ethnic background.  Further, in low income and underserved communities, Math and ELA proficiency scores dropped to single and low double digits.  

It is our desire to be part of solutioning and ensuring students get the curriculum based One2One coaching with a social emotional focus needed to change the trajectory of our Nation's youth - providing supplemental academic coaching that will lead to better student academic outcomes and a chance for each to pursue meaningful careers.

Who We Serve   Currently, our service offerings are geared towards students in grades 5 through 12 who lack academic proficiency in Math and/or English Language Arts. We are focused on services to youth with financial need and those who have parents with means, but may lack academic proficiency necessary to develop into future career centric citizens.  We approach our work using an individual learner model with an emphasis on social emotional support.

All proceeds will go towards providing tutoring scholarships to youth across the state of Delaware. Please help us reach our goal of raising $500 for each hour of the Do More 24 giving campaign.
