As Delaware First Responders, Healthcare Organizations, Homeless Shelters, Nursing Homes and Essential Employees struggle to procure necessary equipment to meet COVID-19 demands, Donate Delaware has banded together to help!
Donate Delaware is an initiative lead by Richard Piendak and Dave Tiberi, local businessmen in Delaware. In response to the pandemic here in Delaware, have joined forces to create a program that helps Delaware secure proper equipment for first responders and health care organizations to meet COVID-19 demands.
In one month, Donate Delaware has been able to secure the support of more than 100 businesses, coordinate 16 locations for safety products, and over 25,000 N95 masks. Recently, Donate Delaware received $4,000 worth of hand sanitizers and masks that will be utilized in partnership with Downtown Visions to disseminate the items to 400 homeless in the city of Wilmington.
Mission: Help Them Help Us! We are asking people who can across Delaware donate today to provide relief to those suffering as well as on the frontline. Every donation small or large is helpful.
Community-based organizations and healthcare workers are front and center supporting our families in response to the devastation that has swept across our state due to COVID-19.
Join #COVIDHelpDe now to give support for our friends, family, neighbors, strangers who are serving on the frontlines daily to care for those struck by COVID-19. With thousands of positive cases, our families and children need their help. Let’s honor their bravery by helping them, help us!
