Organization Mission:

It is the mission of The Music School of Delaware to provide excellence in music education, training, and experiences for people of all ages and abilities.

I’m Margaret Swinchoski.

I’m fundraising for The Music School of Delaware.

(Here I am, pontificating about the joys of the flute to a group of young students at one of last summer's music camps for children! )

The Music School of Delaware has been a vital part of the Delaware arts landscape for over 100 years!  This is my 4th year of teaching here and I find that consistently throughout the school (both campuses) the faculty provide top notch education for both the young and the old. Private lessons, group classes, chamber music, choirs and ensembles are all available to students and community members. The school holds regular Youth Orchestra concerts, Choir concerts, student recitals. Faculty performances complete the musical education for each student giving them exposure to works they haven't yet experienced.

Please help to support this critically important part of our community so that it can continue to grow and provide opportunities for all for the next 100 years!!
