We enable Delaware Latino resident families to thrive by integrating wellness, education, and workforce development in their journey as first-generation Americans.

The Delaware Chamber of Commerce is a resource for work skill development. The goal of $5,000 will be to expand ESL instruction and computer literacy directly for early and expanding Hispanic business owners.
