About Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation

Since 2006, the Cape Henlopen Educational Foundation (CHEF) has worked closely with Cape Henlopen School District teachers and administrators to identify student needs, with special focus on STEM, the arts, personal and career development, and ensuring that low income students have equal opportunities for growth.  We're one of the few nonprofit organizations in Delaware that supports public education, and we're the principal funding source for "beyond the textbook" Cape programs.
