We are so grateful to everyone who has donated in honor of Vincent’s 8th angelversary. Your generosity helps us continue the work we’ve stayed true to since day one—helping those in addiction and recovery with compassion, dignity, and zero judgment.
Because of you, we’re able to:
✅ Provide cremation assistance to grieving families in honor of Vincent’s memory through The Vincente Tambourelli Family Assistance Fund
✅ Give the gift of a bright white smile to someone rebuilding their life one time a year
✅ Offer urgent support through our F.A.C.T.S. Fund

💜How Does The Vincente Tambourelli Family Assistance Fund Work?💜
When a family reaches out to us after losing a loved one to substance use, we act immediately—because no one should have to navigate financial barriers while grieving.
Here’s how it works:
💜We receive a call or referral from a loved one or caseworker.
💜We contact the funeral home of their choice to confirm arrangements.
💜We work directly with several funeral homes who graciously discount their services for our fund.
💜Once confirmed, we cover the cost directly—no reimbursement needed, no added stress on the family.
💜That’s it. No red tape. No waiting. Just a simple, compassionate process made possible through the generosity of our supporters.
💜We are blessed to offer this final gift to families who cannot afford cremation, and we do it in memory of Vinnie Giovanni Tambourelli and all those we’ve lost too soon. 💜

We exist to make help easier to find, stigma harder to hold onto, and support more accessible when it matters most. Through education, advocacy, community meetings, and direct connection to resources, Face the Facts DE brings people together in moments of crisis, recovery, and healing. Our work is rooted in compassion, honesty, and lived experience. We meet people where they are, without judgment, and walk alongside them as they navigate substance use, recovery, grief, and the everyday challenges that often accompany them.
