Strive believes, and research proves, that the social-emotional skills such as self-awareness, empathy, motivation, gratitude, grit, and teamwork are critical to life-long success. It is Strive’s mission to redefine leadership through uniquely engaging programming  that brings social emotional skills to the forefront of leadership development. We do this work through intentional  culture creation in which individuals from diverse backgrounds are able to become character-driven leaders. We work directly with administrators and staff to help identify and then address the specific needs of each organization. Strive is based in Wilmington, Delaware.
